Fred Harvey Era Navajo Silver and Turq. Pin

A particularly pretty Fred Harvey era silver bar pin with turquoise center. This is an old Navajo Sterling bar pin with stamped decoration of crossed arrows on either end pointing to a sun. Arrows represent friendship. The center is set with a deep teal oval turquoise in a flower blossom frame mounted in an unusual openwork crossbar. The stone is beautiful and has natural fissures and slight brown matrix. The pin is in good condition without hallmarks and measures 2 inches long. Retains the original unpolished patina. Circa 1930s. These pieces were purchased as souvenirs from Wild West towns. Authentic vintage Western jewelry.
